When I receive information from a DJ about how he/she handled a difficult situation they hadn't been in before, or I see they are consistently having great success during the dance, or they received many compliments in the way they handled a certain element of the night, or whatever it is, I am in a great position to help a DJ who is struggling a certain aspect of the job. I can help them not only from my perspective but from the perspective of another DJ.
This information is literally all I know regarding your show! Don't be afraid to show off when things went great and don't be afraid to mention when things didn't go so great. The question 'What could have you done better?' is not at all for me to find out what you're doing wrong. Frankly, this information is for you. I want to put our DJs in a mindset where they are constantly seeking ways to improve. There are dozens of things in every show I could have done better and probably always will be. Analyzing the things that we need the most improvement with and being able to focus on that for our next show is what leads to true improvement.
Don't think too hard about what to write, simply mention the things that first come to mind about the show and include any elements that were out of the ordinary. Remember the show reports are designed to help you and all of our DJs to be successful.
